Change of Mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return freight is at the customer’s expense. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact sales@shgtrade.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return freight where applicable.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return

  1. Email sales@shgtrade.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for authorisation and a returns address.
  3. Send the item back within 7 days of authorisation.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

Non-Returnable

Custom-cut timber, custom-order items, and any product marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
